What we collect
When you call, text or use the form on this site, we receive the details you give us — typically your phone number, address, the appliance and the symptom. We use them to schedule and perform the repair, to send the written quote and the warranty, and to contact you about that job.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone except the services needed to run this site and the business (the form provider that delivers your request to us, the map tiles on the service-area page, and our scheduling and invoicing tools). We do not run a mailing list and we do not send marketing texts.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add basic traffic analytics, it will be aggregate and anonymous.
