Three steps, one bill
- Step 1 — the $99 diagnostic: the trip anywhere within 35 minutes and a hands-on workup with a meter
- Step 2 — one written number for the repair, before any work starts
- Step 3 — approve it and the $99 is already inside that number; decline and $99 is the whole bill
- Book online — up to $20 comes off the repair itself, never off the diagnostic
- Written warranty on every completed repair — same fault inside the window, return visit on us
The online offer
| Booked online | What comes off | The fine print |
|---|---|---|
| Any repair | up to $20 off the written repair price | Applies to the repair you approve — never to the $99 diagnostic. Scaled to the size of the job, one per job. |
| Diagnostic-only visit | Nothing | If you decline the repair, $99 is the whole bill and no discount applies. |
What moves the number
The fault. A drain pump, a heating element, a start relay, an igniter — most repairs are one predictable part. A bigger job costs more, and you see the exact figure in writing before you say yes, never after.
The machine. Built-in and panel-front units take longer to open and close up properly; stacked pairs have to come down and go back up. That is time, not a surcharge, and it is inside the number you approve.
What we will not do. No labor by the hour that grows while the technician is standing in your kitchen. No second trip fee if a part has to be ordered. No bridge, island, gate, downtown or Saturday surcharge. And no repair we would not do on our own machine — if it is not worth fixing, we say so at the diagnostic and $99 is the whole bill.
Money questions
Is the $99 waived if I go ahead with the repair?
It is included — which works out the same. The $99 is part of the written repair price, so you never pay for the diagnosis and the repair separately.
What if the repair cannot be finished on the first visit?
We come back and finish with no second trip fee. The number you approved is the number you pay.
Can you quote over the phone?
We can tell you whether your symptom sounds routine or serious, and whether it sounds like a machine not worth fixing. The exact written number needs a technician in front of the machine — that is what the $99 buys.
Do you charge more for Daniel Island, downtown, Mount Pleasant or the beaches?
No. One price card for the whole 35-minute map, from Moncks Corner to Sullivan’s Island.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or check when the job is done. Nothing up front, nothing for a phone conversation. Landlords can be invoiced by email.
