Where we come from

Named for the creek behind the shop

On the route · Park Circle

Noisette Creek is the tidal creek that wraps Park Circle and the old Navy Yard on its way to the Cooper River, and it is the water most of our days start beside. Noisette Appliance Co. runs from 4939 O’Hear Ave, on the south end of North Charleston between Rivers Avenue and the river, which puts the whole metro within a short drive: Hanahan in ten minutes up Remount Road, Daniel Island in twelve over the Don Holt Bridge, Goose Creek and the peninsula in fifteen, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley and Ladson in twenty, Summerville and James Island in twenty-five, and Moncks Corner, Johns Island and the beaches at the thirty-to-thirty-five-minute edge of the map.

Park Circle is the oldest part of a working city — 1940s Navy-era cottages on the circle, new infill at Oak Terrace Preserve, more rentals than anywhere else in the metro, and shift schedules set by Boeing, the airport, the port and Joint Base Charleston. We built the shop for that: early and late windows around shifts, Saturday routes, and a landlord procedure where the tenant gets the visit and the owner gets the photo, the written number and the invoice by text and email.

What we chose not to be

We do not chase every appliance ever made. Six machines — washers, dryers, refrigerators and freezers, the stove-range-oven stack, dishwashers and the ice makers inside refrigerators — get all of our training time and all of the room on the van. Microwaves, wine coolers, standalone ice machines and commercial kitchen gear are not on the list, and when a call falls outside our lane we say so before anyone pays for a visit.

The rules we run on

  • $99 diagnostic anywhere within 35 minutes of the shop — inside every approved repair
  • One written number before work starts; the same number when it is done
  • No bridge, island, gate, downtown or Saturday surcharge; no second trip fee
  • up to $20 off any repair booked online — a saved callback, passed on
  • Written warranty on every completed job
  • Honest advice when a machine is not worth fixing — $99 is the whole bill and you keep the answer

The Lowcountry, from the van

Crawlspace dryer vents under 1940s cottages in Park Circle, salt air off the Cooper on Daniel Island and the beaches, garage refrigerators in July, hurricane-season surges that take out control boards, mild scale on Berkeley County water in Goose Creek and Ladson, stacked pairs in peninsula closets — these are not footnotes here, they are half the diagnosis. The van is stocked for the faults this metro actually produces.

The procedure

From broken to tested in four steps

01

Reach out

Call (843) 829-1349 or send the form. Most requests get a callback within the hour in business time, with a real arrival window.

02

Diagnosis at the door

The technician tests the machine with a meter, names the failed part in plain words, and writes one flat price. The $99 is already inside it.

03

Repair from the van

We stock the high-failure parts for the brands Lowcountry homes actually own, so most jobs close on the spot; ordered parts return with no second trip fee.

04

Proof, not promises

Full test cycle before we pack up, a tidy work area after, and a written warranty in your hand.
